Recently, one of my old customers wanted to buy a radial drilling machine.
He found a factory by himself, but he wasn’t sure if the factory was good or not.
At first, he wanted to hire an inspection company to check it. But those companies can be quite expensive, and honestly, many of them don’t really know much about machine tools.
So he asked me, “Can you help me check the factory?”
Since he’s been buying machines from us every year, of course I said yes.
Before I went there, I checked the factory’s company information online first. Then I went to the factory myself.
I took some photos and videos, checked the machines, looked at the production area, and paid attention to the quality and details.
I also checked some of their previous customers and feedback.
After that, I sent everything to my customer and told him what I thought.
Now he feels much more comfortable buying from this factory.
I think sometimes customers don’t need another inspection company.
They just need someone who really knows machines to take a look for them.
